Lately, I've rekindled my interest in Classical music. Been listening to some piano and orchestra symphony pieces. Played a few guitar-translated versions and it was very fun :).

I'm enlisting on 8 Sept 2011. I should really pass my napfa.

I think its time to do something for myself instead of worrying about others' lives. Gonna focus and be motivated in what I do. Time for isolation. No more time wasting.

So apparently I missed 3 epic face-melting performances on February.

2. Iron Maiden
3. Eagles

Totally regretted not going to Eagles' Concert. Feels like slapping myself for missing it. Ok I'm making a promise here, if Eagles would come back again... I'll definitely go this time!!!

Summary of my life till date: Finished my exams. Training for WSS started. No life.

Bro wanted to buy an electronic drumset, so I looked up the forums for a deal. Almost bought an electronic drumset a few days back, but didnt because of some hesitation. Aww. That got me into wanting to get a drumset too... It'll be fun to have a guitar and a drumset at home!

Ok. so now I want a bass guitar & a drumset. I think I should open a HDB studio...

Was Facebooking and hopped from random profile to random profile. Saw this guy's facebook page who appears to be a guitarist. Viewed his photo albums on his guitars... Holy shit good stuff. MIA Yngwie Malmsteem Fender Strat, Jackson blah blah. I thought: "Woah, this guy must have some mad-skills man!". Click on one of his videos, utterly disappointed.

Using a Yngiw Malmsteem Fender to play some Indie music. Wth. I was expecting at least a song with a more decent riff. Ah well, some people can have inadequate skills but buy expensive guitars to compensate. Ugh, envious :<. Looking at starters/noob players practising on expensive guitars makes me wanna cry :'(. I need to upgrade man...

Bro's talking about getting a drumset. Acoustic drumset would sound/feel better, but then we'll need to soundproof the room. Electronic drumset allows silent practice, but the price is STEEP man. I want a big bag of cash right now...

Bass?

I've this bassline up in my head since Monday. Finally put it down onto GP tabs. Its funny that I'll think or even hear basslines in my head since I don't even play the bass.

Anyway, I'm bloody happy now. It sounds sweeeeeeet. At least it stopped the whirlwind in my head for a past few minutes.

I'm considering a Bass guitar seriously. So many wishes so little cash.

Went to Peninsula. Browsed around for camera & guitar. Finally bought my RHCP shirt! Although its not the exact size I would want it to be, but its still an RHCP shirt (fanboy)!!!

Walked pass this records shop and saw an old black man playing his Strat inside. He looked damn cool playing what sounds to be like Blues in his own shop. Wah, when I grow old I wanna be just like him :D.

Saw so many beautiful guitars: Telecasters, Les Pauls, SGs, Gretsch and Jaguars to name a few. Gretsch guitars look so good that they can be used as decorations instead of musical instruments. And a whole bunch of pedals... My only target was Flanger but it cost $120. =_="

Gotta repay my sleep debt. Sleep (loan) sharks are coming after me.

Tragedy!

Heard "Tragedy" By Bee Gees in my Dad's car while on the way to school some days ago.

Went home to "get" the song and went to wiki about it, read a lot about the Bee Gees. Googled around and found a METAL tribute to Bee Gees! Zomfgawd.

Its tragic that they are splitting up soon, after I've just found them! :(.
